My wife, Cindy and I have been married for 15 years and we have two amazing boys, Justin, who is 9 years old and Kyle, who is 7 years old. Together, for the past 15 years, we have been working as youth pastors, young adult mentors and outreach coordinators. We believe in developing leaders and growing a team to do a significant work and impact a city. I love wrestling with my boys, spending time with my wife, playing video games, seeing how technology changes the world around us, and learning how God wants to use it to reach people. We love challenging teenagers to grow in God, and coaching young adults to use their gifts to reach out to others. Cindy and I are are looking forward to getting to know you and seeing how God is going to unleash the amazing potential of the young people at Bayside of Citrus Heights.
